Access control designed around the building
A commercial access control system is more than a card reader on the wall. Reliable projects start with how each opening needs to operate: who needs access, when the door should unlock, what happens during an alarm, how the lock is powered, and how the system communicates back to the server or cloud.
We survey the door hardware, cable pathways, network, power, existing panels and credential strategy before finalizing the design. For occupied facilities, we also plan phased work so doors remain secure while controllers and readers are changed.
New construction, retrofit and takeover work
New projects can be built around modern OSDP readers and current-generation controllers. Retrofit projects often benefit from reusing compatible cabling and electrified hardware while replacing older readers, panels or software.
For takeover projects, we document what is installed first. That reduces surprises and helps determine whether the existing system can be stabilized, expanded or migrated in stages.
